Resumen de Nuevas maneras de habitar la ciudad como resultado de las continuas migraciones intraurbanas y las transformaciones sociales y culturales

El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar las migraciones intraurbanas, resultado de las difíciles condiciones de vida en algunas comunas de la ciudad Medellín y sus transformaciones sociales, culturales y urbanas, bajo el concepto de innovación social, por parte de diferentes colectivos de diseñadores, arquitectos y el gobierno municipal. Además, comprender las nuevas maneras de habitar la ciudad y nuevas apropiaciones del territorio, lo que a la vez genera nuevas tensiones y transgresiones. El trabajo permite entender la relación entre las migraciones, las transformaciones sociales y las nuevas maneras de habitar el territorio, entendiéndolo como unespacio común, delimitado y definido, a partir de las relaciones que existen entre los sujetos que lo habitan.

The main goal of this work is to study the continuous internal migrations that occur in the city as a result of the difficult life conditions in some communes and the social, cultural and urban transformations that have been developed under the concept of social innovation by different groups of designers, architects and by the municipal government. Also, to comprehend the new ways of inhabiting the city and the new appropriations of the territory, which generates new tensions and transgressions? The work allows us to understand the relation between the migrations, the social transformations and the new ways of inhabiting the territory in Medellin, defining it as a territory as a common space, delimited and defined throughout the relationships that exist between the individuals that inhabit it.
