Resumen de La psicologia del consumidor a la hora de comprar un producto cosmético

    La rápida evolución de la sociedad actual está dando lugar a un nuevo consumidor. Por ello, las empresas, tiene que tener en cuenta los aspectos psicológicos y sociales que afectan al consumidor, si quieren realmente dirigirse correctamente a su público objetivo. El comprador no busca el producto en sí, sino los beneficios que este le aporta. El consumidor es considerado desde el marketing como el centro, y las empresas tienen que cubrir sus necesidades e implementar las estrategias que procedan para satisfacerlas. A través de este artículo se van analizar las diferentes variables psicológicas que afectan al consumidor cuando se encuentra ante un producto cosmético: necesidades, motivaciones, deseos, percepción, actitudes, aprendizaje, personalidad, cultura y grupos sociales tanto de referencia como de pertenencia.

    The fast evolution of today’s society is leading to a new consumer. For this reason, if the companies want really to approach successfully their target audience, should take into account the psychological and social aspects that affect them. The buyer does not seek the product itself, but the benefits that it brings. Marketing considers the consumer as “the king”, and the companies have to find their needs and develop strategies that come to reach them. Through this article we will analyze different psychological variables that affect the consumer when it is faced with a cosmetic product:

    needs, motivations, desires, perception, attitudes, learning, personality, culture and social groups.
