  Se presenta un caso de fibromixoma del maxilar superior. Se hace hincapié en la importancia del tipo de tratamiento y del seguimiento del caso, conociendo la agresividad local y el elevado porcentaje de recidiva de dicho tumor.

  A case of fibromyxoma of the maxilla is presented. The type of treatment and the follow-up of the case are important features taking into account the local aggresivity and high rate of recurrence of this tumor.
