Analyses polliniques d'un sédiment tardiglaciaire à la Rivière (Isère). Evolution paléoécologique du lac de Voreppe-Rovon

    At a short distance from the village La Rivière (Isère) a terrace deposit with peat intercalations has been studied from the pollenanalytical point of view. On a depth of several centimeters the author could recognize a sequence extending from the Wurm period to the Preboreal period. The analysis of the pollen assemblages, the study of the variations in the milieu of sedimentation and of the radiocarbon datings as well as the critical examination of stratigraphical observations — sometimes ancient ones — enabled the author to propose a reconstruction of the paleoecological evolution of the plain from Voreppe to Rovon from the "Pleni-Würm" period until the present days.

    Non loin du village de La Rivière (Isère), un dépôt de terrasse avec intercalations tourbeuses, fait l'objet d'investigations pollenanalytiques. Sur quelques centimètres d'épaisseur l'auteur reconnaît une séquence allant du Würm au Préboréal. L'analyse des ensembles polliniques, l'étude des variations du milieu de sédimentation, des datages 14 C et l'examen critique d'observations stratigraphiques parfois anciennes, permettent à l'auteur de proposer une reconstitution de l'évolution paléoécologique de la plaine de Voreppe à Rovon depuis le Pléni-würm jusqu'à nos jours.
