El artículo trata de analizar la situación actual de los derechos audiovisuales en Italia con particular referencia al decreto legislativo 9/2008, a su historia y su disciplina, la evolución y las critiques subrayadas por la doctrina. En la misma obra intentaremos hacer referencias a unas diferencias entre la disciplina italiana otros modelos Europeos.

The remark aims to analyze the situation of audiovisual rights in Italy, concretely, referring to 9/200 legislative decree, its history and its discipline, the evolution and the critiques pointed in the Doctrine. We will also try to make reference to some differences of regulation among the Italian model and other European models.
