  • The author describes the naturistic treatment to elirninate gallstones through ingestion of a large quantity of olive oil. He gives us an approach of all these therapeutic process, and relates the results obtained in twelve patients.

    This method has been succesful in 80% of these cases, and partially succesful in 20 %, but implies an importan! risk of pancreatitis. For this reason, only must be applied under control in selectioned patients, after a radiologic and ecographic study.

    This method beco mes useless without a controlled diet to avoid relapses.
