  • In this article, I introduce the LumenVox Speech Recognition software and how it can be tied into a VoIP platform. Asterisk as a interactive voice response (IVR) system can utilize text-to-speech (TTS) and automatic speech recognition (ASR) tecnologies to improve system usability and encourage customer interaction. I will use the LumenVox ASR engine as an exmample.
