Resumen de Antineoplásicos en insuficiencia renal y hepática

Renal and hepatic failures are relatively frequent pathologies that may alter the patient's response to specific drugs. In the case of antineoplastic drugs, special precaution has to be taken due to presenting a higher degree of toxicity. The objective of this work is to present some simple schedules with recommendations for adjusting the dosage of antineoplastic drugs in patients with renal or hepatic failure. The reference data from the schedules have been obtained after a bibliographic search and comparison with different sources
