  • This project delves into the study of interculturalism at the Universidad Europea de Madrid with the description and analysis of objective indicators of internationality and applying an intercultural sensitivity questionnaire to the university community(students and teachers).

    Further analysis of the data provides useful information about variables that modulate interculturality and serve to implement empowerment strategies to improve it. Intercultural competences are necessary for future professionals to live and perform better in organizations; the data obtained in this study will provide good intercultural sensitivity scores between teachers and students and aim provable international experience rate. We anticipate the design of learning strategies that promote intercultural cross competences in all degrees.
