El Colegio de Santa María de la Vega de la Universidad de Salamanca es uno más de la gran cantidad de colegios menores que se fundaron al amparo del Estudio salmantino, que hasta ahora no ha merecido la atención de los historiadores. Después de una breve introducción histórica de esta institución y su relación con su matriz, la Colegiata de San Isidoro de León, este artículo aporta detalles de su historia en el siglo xviii y se aborda el análisis de los últimos años del Colegio en aspectos tan importantes como su funcionamiento, las últimas reformas constitucionales y alum-nos matriculados durante la Ilustración, entre otras cuestiones.

The St. Mary de la Vega’s College of the University of Salamanca is one more of the great quantity of colleges that were founded under protection of Salamanca Study. St. Mary de la Vega’s College have been neglected by most researches. After a brief introductory history of the institution, this article goes in detail into his story in the 18th Century. This work makes an analysis about the last years of the College, analysing matters as important as its performance, and the last constitutions and the registration during the 18th Century, among others.
