Este trabajo está relacionado con la concepción de circuitos digitales que materializan un algoritmo. Durante el proceso de materialización aparece de forma natural una descomposición del circuito en una unidad de proceso y unidad de control. Algunos problemas relacionados con las unidades de tratamiento pueden plantearse en forma general. Este es el tema del presente artículo

This work is devoted to the design of digital circuits that implement an algorithm. During the implementation process, the designer is naturally led to split up the circuit into a processing unit, responsible for the actual computations, and a control unit, in charge of the linking of the operations. Some problems related to the design of the processing unit can be stated and solved in a systematic way; it is the subject of this paper.
