Resumen de Álbuns e escrita infantil: escrita epistolar dos alunos do curso primário do Colégio Farroupilha (Porto Alegre/RS �1948-1966)

O estudo analisa os álbuns confeccionados pelas professoras do primeiro ano primário do Colégio Farroupilha (Porto Alegre/RS), de 1948 a 1966, com fotografias das turmas e as cartinhas de cada aluno, acompanhadas de fotografia individual. Os alunos entregavam o álbum à diretora da escola na �Festa do Livro�, evento realizado anualmente, no mês de outubro, para marcar a passagem à nova cartilha a ser utilizada: Cartilha Proença (1926), de Antonio Firmino de Proença. O colégio adotava, no início da alfabetização, a Cartilha de Vivi e Vavá (1938), de Célia Rabello.
Em setembro, os alunos chegavam ao fim dessa cartilha, sabendo ler, escrever e contar. Para comemorar o processo de alfabetização, a cartilha apresentava como último texto de leitura �Festa do Livro�, mote para a realização de evento similar na escola, que também comemorava a entrada da primavera.
Os álbuns e, especialmente, as cartinhas, são um expressivo corpus documental do cotidiano da escola e das práticas educativas realizadas ao longo do primeiro ano, quando se efetivava o processo de alfabetização, expressando toda uma rede paralela de significações. O estudo detém-se no exame da materialidade desse acervo, assim como analisa a prática de escritas escolares infantis, objetivando perceber os mecanismos de continuidade e descontinuidade presentes no trabalho pedagógico.

The study analyzes the albums made by the teachers of the first grade of the Farroupilha College (Porto Alegre/RS), from 1948 to 1966, with photographs of classes and the little letters on each student, accompanied by their individual photographs. Students gave the album to the school principal in Book Festival, an event held annually in October to mark the transition to the new booklet to be used: Proença Primer (1926), Antonio Firmino de Proença. The college embraced in the early literacy, Vivi e Vavá (1938), Célia Rabello. In September, students arrived at the end of this booklet, knowing how to read, write and count. To celebrate the acquisition of literacy, the booklet presented as a last text reading �Book Party� theme for the realization of similar event at the school, which also commemorated the entrance to the spring. The albums and especially the little letters are a significant corpus of documents of everyday school and educational practices carried out during the first year, when established the literacy process, expressing a whole parallel network of meanings. The study focuses on examining the materiality of this collection, and analyzes the practice of writing children�s school, aiming to realize the mechanisms of continuity and discontinuity present in the pedagogical work.
