Los tres artículos que siguen pretenden explicar la restauración y rehabilitación llevada a cabo en el Palacio Marqués de Dos Aguas de Valencia. La trascendencia histórica y cultural del edificio, su valor arquitectónico y artístico como Palacio y a la vez como Museo Nacional de Cerámica, la importancia y complejidad de la intervención, se exponen explicando en este primer artículo su historia, para acometer en los artículos siguientes la rehabilitación arquitectónica y restauración de sus ornamentos

The Palacio del Marqués de Dos Aguas. Archaeology and history of the building. The following three articles attempt to explain the restoration and rehabilitation carried out on this building in Valencia. The historic and cultural importance of the building, its architectonic and artistic value as a palace and, at the same time, as a National Ceramic Museum, the complexity of the works are set out. This first article speaks about its history and the following two describe the restoration of its architecture and ornamentation
