La actividad de Vicente Aguilera Cerni ha estado marcada por una larga relación con Italia.
Con el siguiente artículo hemos intentado señalar la influencia en su trabajo ejercida especialmente por dos críticos: Lionello Venturi y Giulio Carlo Argan. Además, intentaremos recordar la participación de Aguilera en reuniones e iniciativas que le han permitido interactuar con gente conocida internacionalmente, como el Congreso de Verucchio y la Bienal de Venecia.

Vicente Aguilera's activity has been marked by a long relationship with Italy. With the following paper we intend to point out the influence on his work played especially by two critics: Lionello Venturi and Giulio Carlo Argan. Moreover, we shall attempt to recall Aguilera's participation to meetings and initiatives which gave him the chance to interact with internationally known people, like the Congresses in Verucchio and Venice Biennale.
