    El grupo de investigación en Dirección de Operaciones en Servicios y Turismo (DOS) es un equipo multidisciplinar constituido por investigadores principalmente, aunque no exclusivamente, de la Universidad de Sevilla que se dedica al estudio y desarrollo de investigaciones de rigor científico, tanto básica como aplicada, en el área de Dirección de Operaciones. En dicho grupo se dedica, desde el año 2000, una línea de investigación al Revenue Management. Después de 10 años de trabajo en esta línea se plantean varios interrogantes: ¿hacia dónde vamos?, ¿dónde queremos estar? En este trabajo incluimos de forma sintetizada las investigaciones desarrolladas sobre RM en el grupo así como una propuesta de las futuras líneas de investigación en la materia.

    The Service and Tourism Operations Management (DOS) research group is a multidisciplinary team composed of researchers mainly, though not exclusively, from the University of Seville, devoted to the study and development of both basic and applied, and scientifically-rigorous research in the area of Operations Management.

    Since 2000, the group has been devoted to a line of research in Revenue Management.

    After ten years working on said line of research a number of questionmarks arise:

    Where are we going? Where do we want to be? In this paper we summarise the research that the group has done on RM and also propose future lines of research in the topic.
