Desde el surgimiento del término gobernabilidad en la década de los 1970s, hemos sido testigos de sus numerosas miradas interpretativas, lo que hacen de éste un concepto algo ambiguo y difuso. En las siguientes líneas se presentarán algunos de las interpretaciones que se han dado de este concepto, para posteriormente abordar sus conceptos fundamentales y describir la realidad de este fenómeno.

Since the origins of the term �governance� in the 1970s, we have been witnesses of its different interpretations, which has led to an ambigous and difuse understanding of the concept. In the following lines, it will be presented how this concept is viewed, to present afterwards its fundamental concepts and describe, at the end, the reality of this phenomenom
