  • In this article is a profound fracture in Modernity to be shown. The rise of the Modern System of Rights and of Solidarity is combined with the expansion of new information systems and a new global awareness of human rights - every crime in the world can be felt at ervery place.

    The modern political self-relation, that springs from this constellation, has to realize a deep fracture in world politics.
