En este artículo analizamos la pertinencia de incluir las prácticas motrices introyectivas en la formación universitaria de los maestros de Infantil y Primaria así como para los profesionales en Ciencias de la Actividad Física y del Deporte.
Una investigación con un grupo de estudiantes de Magisterio de Educación Infantil ha permitido mostrar el impacto emocional, afectivo y motor originado en la práctica de situaciones motrices introyectivas. De ahí que se considere prioritario incluir una educación motriz consciente y sensitiva en la formación inicial de los maestros, una educación que contribuya a la adquisición de competencias sociales y personales como el autoconocimiento, la autorregulación emocional, la empatía con los demás, que oriente y estimule a los estudiantes, futuros maestros, a emprender un proceso constante de mejora personal y profesional.

This article we analyse the relevance of including introjective motor situations in university education of Childhood and Primary teachers and for professionals in the field of Physical Activity and Sport.
A research with a group of student teachers of Early Childhood Education has allowed to show the emotional, affective and motor originated in introjective motor situations. Hence the education to be targeted include motor and sensory awareness in the initial training of teachers, an education that contributes to the acquisition of personal and social skills and self-awareness, emotional self-regulation, empathy with others, to guide and encourage students, future teachers, to undertake a constant process of personal and professional improvement.
