    Both women work from the expressions their fathers, writers themselves, used to describe or name them, to reconstruct and perhaps invent, the fathers they have had and from whom they stole or inherited the word - in complex works of rediscovery of filiation and origins enabling the issue of writing in their wake to be dealt with.

    Tant Marie Nimier que Raphaëlle Billetdoux travaillent les appellations qu'avaient pour elles leurs pères écrivains pour reconstruire et peut-être inventer ces figures de pères desquels l'une comme l'autre ont peut-être volé ou tout au moins hérité la parole.
