Resumen de Población rumana y búlgara en España: evolución, distribución geográfica y flujos migratorios

El artículo repasa, en primer lugar, los factores que han contribuido al incremento súbito de la inmigración procedente de Bulgaria y Rumania. A continuación analiza la distribución geográfica a escala regional (comunidades autónomas), provincial y municipal, que revela cierta especialización territorial según la nacionalidad. El último apartado se dedica a los flujos migratorios, tanto los procedentes directamente del exterior como los desplazamientos interiores, íntimamente relacionados con la distribución espacial.

This article reviews, firstly, the factors that have contributed to the sudden increase in immigration from Bulgaria and Romania. Secondly, it examines the geographic distribution at regional, provincial and municipal levels, which reveal some territorial specialization by nationality. Thirdly it considers migration flows, both directly from abroad and internal movements, which are closely related to the spatial distribution.
