La crísis económica y su impacto en el marco de las relaciones laborales: la respuesta de las cooperativas como tercera vía

    El conjunto de medidas que las cooperativas están implantando como respuesta a la actual crisis se corresponden con el modelo socioempresarial que preconizan: es coherente con la definición de su Misión, Principios y Valores, cuya finalidad última es la creación de riqueza en su entorno, mediante la creación de empleo preferentemente cooperativo, es acorde con las políticas generales que redundan en la idea del fomento y sostenimiento del empleo. Las medidas implantadas responden a dos tipos de intervención progresiva: las medidas internas que se toman en cada cooperativa, de carácter empresarial y de impacto en los socios individuales; las medidas corporativas de intercooperación bajo el paraguas de la EPSV de Lagun Aro. Ambos tipos de medidas se caracterizan por disponer de un estricto protocolo de actuación, que requiere el cumplimiento de unos requisitos por parte de las cooperativas que vayan a recibir prestaciones y por el sistema de auditorías y controles que garantizan la efectividad de las medidas tomadas. Por ello se entiende que las medidas implantadas por las cooperativas se presentan como una tercera vía que conjuga la implantación de medidas colectivas en un marco de intercooperación con medidas de impacto en cada uno de los socios individuales primando el interés colectivo de creación de riqueza y empleo, frente a salidas individuales.

    The set of measures that cooperative corporations are taking to respond to the current crisis corresponds to the social entrepreneurial model they preconize. Such a set is coherent with the definition of the corporation's Mission, Principles and Values, whose final aim is the creation of wealth in their environment, through the creation of employment, preferably that of a cooperative nature, in compliance with the general policies that redound to our idea of job-creation and maintenance. All the measures carried out correspond to two kinds of progressive intervention: the internal measures taken in each cooperative corporation, which are of an entrepreneurial nature and have an impact on individual partners, and all other corporate inter-cooperation measures that are under the protection of the legal regulations of the Lagun Aro EPSV. Both kinds of measures share common characteristics. On the one hand they follow a strict action protocol, requiring their compliance with a series of requirements on the part of those cooperative corporations that are to receive benefits; and on the other hand their audit and control schemes guarantee the effectiveness of the measures that have been carried out. It is therefore understood that all the measures taken by the cooperative corporations are presented as a third channel through which to combine the introduction of collective measures, within the framework of an intercooperation system, with those impact measures that influence on each individual partner. Hence, collective interest in the creation of wealth and employment takes priority over any other of an individual nature.
