Resumen de Estudio sobre algunos aspectos del comportamiento sexual femenino

  Objetivos. Describir el comportamiento sexual femenino en las últimas décadas en inicio de actividad sexual (AS), frecuencia coital y satisfacción sexual según grupo etáreo y nivel educativo. Materiles y Métodos. Estudio observacional descriptivo de corte transversal, población blanco mujeres >18a;

  muestreo por conveniencia, tamaño de muestra 587 y un paralelo final con estudio similar del autor (1988) con 601 mujeres. Análisis de Resultados La población tenía promedio de edad 37a, principalmente estudios superiores, promedio de hijos 1.3 +/-1.2. La moda de inicio de AS fue 18a. Para la mayoría el inicio de AS fue agradable; 57% tuvo coito prematrimonial y 41% toma la iniciativa sexual. El 91.6% presentan orgasmos. El 45% simulan orgasmo ocasionalmente.

  El 19% tiene AS extramatrimonial: el promedio de edad de ellas es 36a y 86% tienen estudios superiores. Hubo 75% de satisfacción general con su AS y 82% califican a su pareja como buena. Conclusiones. Al comparar los datos de las tres últimas generaciones las mujeres comienzan más temprano su AS, toman la iniciativa frecuentemente, están satisfechas con sus parejas y su AS, esto se refleja en mayor capacidad orgásmica. A mayor educación, mayor capacidad para disfrutar la sexualidad, mayor posibilidad de una AS extramatrimonial y aún, un alto porcentaje finge el orgasmo ocasionalmente.

  Objectives To describe female sexual behavior in recent decades in regard to the beginning of sexual activity (AS), coital frequency and sexual satisfaction according to age group and educational level. Methods This is a cross-section, observational, descriptive study in white female population> 18 years with convenience sampling and sample size of 587 patients. Results were compared with a previous paper published by the same author (1988) with 601 women. Results The average age was 37years. Most frequently the patients had a technical or professional education. They had an average of 1.3 + / -1.2 children. Mean age at initiation of sexual activity was 18years. For most of interviewed woman the onset sexual activity was pleasant, 57% had premarital intercourse and 41% took the first step for a sexual intercourse.

  91.6% have orgasms, 45% simulate orgasm occasionally and 19% had extramarital sexual activity: The average age of this group is 36years and 86% have superior education. There was an overall satisfaction in 75% of the cases, and 82% describe their partner as good. Conclusions: Women in the last three generations show an earlier beginning of sexual activity, often taking the lead in relationships and intercourse; they are satisfied with their partners and sexual activity. This is reflected in greater orgasmic capacity, higher education level, a greater ability to enjoy sex, and a greater possibility of having extramarital intercourse. Yet, a high percentage fake orgasms occasionally.
