  • Borges taught English literature in 1957 in Buenos Aires, and his course allows us to better understand his relationship to literature - that of a hedonistic reader with a phenomenal memory - as well as reconsider the manner in which Borges was understood in the 1960s, a slice of (critical) literary history.
