  Este texto reivindica y actualiza al mismo tiempo una metodología que muestra la �voz� de los protagonistas, por medio de sus relatos de vida y experiencias.

  Evidencia aquellas percepciones, intereses, dudas, orientaciones, hitos y circunstancias que han influido significativamente en quiénes son y actúan como lo hacen.

  Pone de manifiesto el recurso al testimonio oral por parte de los historiadores y otros investigadores sociales, como instrumento de investigación, ya que supone la recuperación de la palabra a movimientos sociales �sin voz�, inéditos en la vida social. Expone cómo esta recuperación de la palabra a través de las historias de vida, las fuentes orales o cualquier otro testimonio vivo es el reflejo de la memoria individual o colectiva de personas que encierran un pasado, con un conocimiento muy preciso de la realidad. En definitiva, enuncia cómo el investigador a través de este proceso desvela un pasado, ayuda a comprender mejor un presente e intenta imaginar un futuro de transformación desde una óptica situada, no ingenua ni presuntuosa de utopías realizables.

  This article claims and upgrades at the same time a methodology that shows the �voice� of the actors, through their stories of life and experiences. It evidences the perceptions, interests, doubts, orientations and circumstances that have influenced significantly who they are and why they act in the way they do. It shows the oral testimony as a resource, a research tool, used by the historians and other social researchers. It implies the recovery the voice of those �voiceless� social movements.

  It exposes how this recovery of the voice through the story of life, the oral sources or any other living testimony are the reflection of the individual or collective memory of people with a past, with a very precise knowledge of the reality. In conclusion, it enunciates how the researcher discovers the past through this process, helps to understand the present better, and tries to imagine a future of transformations from a located point of view, not ingénue neither presumptuous of realizable utopia.
