Resumen de Estudio biogeográfico del parque natural Das Serras D' Aire e Candeeiros

Este trabajo es una contribución al conocimiento de los espacios naturales portugueses. En él se da a conocer el espacio natural ibérico «PARQUE NATURAL DAS SERRAS DE AIRE E CANDEEIROS» localizado en el Macizo Calcáreo Extremeño Portugués. Es un típico paisaje mediterráneo que comprende las Sierras de Aire, de Candeeiros, la Meseta de San Antonio y parte de la Meseta de San Mamede. La elección de este pequeño e interesante espacio se debe, en primer lugar, a sus características peculiares, geomorfológicas, ecológicas, corológicas y biogeográficas (vegetación y fauna); en segundo lugar, por ser uno de los lugares en donde están representados la... (Ver más) mayor parte de los fenómenos típicos calcáreos que en algunos casos han sido utilizados como recursos turísticos (por ejemplo las grutas); en tercer lugar, por ser uno de los principales lugares de nidificación del grajo de pico rojo (Pyrrhocorax pyrrhocorax), y por último, por su ricos ecosistemas naturales, y/o antrópicos.

This work seeks to be a contribution for the knowledge he gives the Portuguese natural spaces and mainly to give to know the localized Iberian natural space inside the Calcareous Hill group Portuguese Estremenho, the PARQUE NATURAL DAS SERRAS DE AIRE E CANDEEIROS.
