Resumen de Ensayo sobre valoraciones de las inversiones turísticas en los distintos sectores económicos españoles.

  El estudio se presenta como un modesto ensayo de la evaluación de las inversiones turísticas y la riqueza turística nacional comenzando con una breve introducción y explicando las causas que han motivado la realización del trabajo. Cada uno de los sectores económicos se estudia por separado, analizando los valores actuales y qué apartado puede considerarse como turístico. Finalmente se ofrece un cuadro estadístico que presenta la totalidad de inversiones turísticas y los porcentajes de repercusión por sectores, indicando en tanto por ciento de su valor global en la riqueza nacional.

  The study which stands forth as a modest intent for the appraisal ot tourist investments or national tourist wealth starts with a brief foreward explaining the causes acting upon the acomplishment of the work as well as estimating its possible valué and adecuacy.

  Right after studies the methodology and adopted systematic. The productive sectors taken into account in this work which patrimonies appear partly integrated by touristic investments are: Hostelry, real state patrimony of lodgements, national asset: of vehides, national patrimony of highways, railways asset, Communications, tnaritime harbours, merchant marine, air fleet, tourist harbours and pleasure watercraft. Besides other economic factors are grouped under a heading summarizing all that can be related with tourism.

  Each one of the economic sectors is analyzed separately, studying the current valúes and the section that can be considered as touristic.

  Finally an statistic table presents the total amount of tourist investments and the répercussion percentajes indicating the per cent on the total valué of the national weath.

  L'étude qui se présente comme un modeste essai d'évaluation des inversions touristiques ou la riohesse touristique nationale, commence par une breve introduction, oü sont expliquées les causes qui ont conduit á la réalisation du travail et l'on juge sa possible utilité et application.

  Ensuite, on se preocupe de la méthodologie et systématique adoptées. Les secteurs productifs, qui sont consideres dans l'étude, et dont les patrimoines sont integres en partie, par des inversions touristiques sont: hótellerie, patrimoine inmobilier d'habitations, pare national de véhlcules, patrimoine national de routes, capital ferroviaire, Communications, ports maritimes, flotte marchande, flotte aérienne, aéroports et ports touristiques et bateaux de plaisance. En outre, on groupe d'autres secteurs économiques, dans un épigraphe qui resume ce qui peut affecter le tourisme.

  Chacun des secteurs économiques est analysé séparément, et on étudie les valeurs actuelles et la partie qui peut s'entendre comme touristique.

  Finalement, dans un cadre statistique se présente la totalité des inversions touristiques et les pourcentages de répercussion par secteurs et on indique le tant pour cent sur la valeur globale de la richesse nationale.

  Die Arbeit, die sich ais ein bescheidende Versuch vorstellt, die touristischen Kapitalanlagen oder das touristischen Reichtum zu werten, beginnt mit einer kutzen Einfuhrung. Darin werden die Griinde der Verwirklichung der Arbeit erklárt. Danach wird ihre mogliche Dienlichkeit und Anwerdung geurteilt.

  Weiterhin richtet sich die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Methodik und ergreifende Systematik. Die Produktivsektoren, die in der Arbeit behandelt werden und dessen Güter teilsweise von touristischen Kapitalanlagen ausgemacht werden, sind die folgenden: Gasthaüser, Inmobiliarvennogen von Wohnungen, Nationalpark von Fuhrwerken, Hafen, Handelsflotte, Flugsflotte, Flughafen, touristischen Hafen, und Vernügungsschiffe. Ausserdem werden sich in anderen wirstschaftlichen Sektoren gruppiert, zusammenfassend alies was in Beziehung mit dem Fremdenverkehr steht.

  Die einzelnen wirtsohaftlichen Sektoren werden besonders analysiert. Auch werden die gegenwartige Werte und der Teil, der ais touristischer verstanden wird, studiert.

  Zuletzt, in einer statistischen Übersichtstabelle wird die Gesammtheit der touristischen Kapitalanlagen und die Sektorenprozensátze des Ergebnisses aufgestellt.

  Es wird auch ein Hinweis des Prozensatzes über den gesamraten Wert desnationalen Reichtums gemacht.
