Resumen de Some contributions to the theory on discrete time branching models

• In this work, a general summary concerning the main contributions achieved by our research group to the theory on certain classes of discrete time branching models, including controlled, bisexual and some classical branching processes, is provided. Some open questions for future research are also discussed.
