    O presente trabalho visa atingir reflexões, iniciais, sobre a evolução digital e respetivo impacto no mundo jurídico, mais concretamente nas sociedades.Após realizadas as devidas análises reflexivas, desde logo se compreende que efetivamente atualmente se assiste a uma enorme evolução tecnológica e que de facto, provocará um impacto em todos os setores, assim como nas sociedades. Mas não ficamos por aqui,sendo necessário também referir que efetivamente essa mudança consistirá num surgimento, cada vez mais frequente de modelos de negócio Startup nos demais ordenamentos jurídicos, sendo que existem diversos factores que serão distintos de acordocom o sistema jurídico em análise, sendo que se distinguem os modelos do Common Law e do Civil Law. Apenas acrescentar que de facto o mundo jurídico terá que se adaptar a esta inovação dos modelos de negócio e do mundo digital, sendo necessário encontrar um devido balanço entre ambos, rumo a uma sociedade moderna

    This paper aims to reach some initial reflexions on the digital evolution and its impact on the legal world, specifically on societies. After the reflective analysis, I got to the conclusion that we are living in a period of technological evolution, that affects all the sectors in the world, and by that, also the societies. But not only that, as we can say that there are so many factors that will diverge, such as, for example, the appearance more and more frequent of Startups in the majority of the legal systems, wich will impact so many variables, like the difference in the Common Law system and Civil Law system. Our legal world will need to adapt to the innovation and the Business Models, and it will need to find the balance between both, to achieve a modern society.
