    El objetivo es analizar el acceso a la salud por parte de la población en condición migratoria irregular durante la pandemia por COVID-19 en Estados Unidos durante 2020. El gobierno de este país, bajo la presidencia de Donald Trump, abandonó el enfoque de los derechos humanos, lo cual afectó gravemente a esta población. Situación que llevó a que estas personas carecieran de un accesopleno a la salud debido a diversos obstáculos, lo que sugiere que tuvieran altas probabilidades de adquirir COVID-19. La estrategia metodológica se basó en el análisis documental y la utilización de bases de datos del "Global Health Security Index", del "National Center for Health Statistics" y del "Center for Disease Control and Prevention", CDC. Se concluye que el acceso a la salud de esta población los puso en una situación de vulnerabilidad sanitaria más profunda que a otros grupos sociales a raíz de la política de carga pública de la administración del presidente Donald Trump.

    The objetive of this study is to analyze health care access by irregular migrants in the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States during 2020. The government of this country, under the presidency of Donald Trump, abandoned the human rights approach, which severely affected this population. This situation resulted in a lack of full access to health care for these individuals due to various obstacles, indicating that they had a high probability of contracting COVID-19. The methodological approach was hased on the analysis of documents and the use of databases from the Global Health Security Index, the National Center for Health Statistics and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). we find that limited access to health care for this segment of the population increased their health vulnerability compared to other social groups as a result of the public policies of President Donald Trump's administration.
