En este trabajo se distinguen dos partes, por un lado, se analizan los trastornos neurocognitivos en adultos mayores desde una perspectiva jurídico-sanitaria, incluida la baremación legal; por otro, sus efectos en el ámbito jurídico general y en el tribu- tario en particular, no desde una perspectiva material (deducciones, ayudas, etc.), sino formal, de cumplimiento de obligaciones.

In this work, two parts are distinguished, on the one hand, neurocognitive disorders in older adults are analyzed from a legal-health perspective, including the Legal As- sessment of Disability; on the other, it examines its effects on the general legal sphere and on tax matters in particular, not from a material perspective (deductions, benefits, etc.), but rather from a formal perspective, such as tax obligations compliance.
