Resumen de Diseño disruptivo de la asignatura de Expresión Gráfica

  El presente trabajo se realiza para la asignatura de Expresión Gráfica, común a los grados industriales de la Escuela de Ingeniería de Bilbao. El resultado de un examen evidenció que el alumnado no es capaz de aplicar los conceptos a situaciones diversas. Utilizando el tipo de ejercicios habitual de convocatorias anteriores, se propusieron dos de los ejercicios con la misma geometría entre sí. El resultado fue que uno de los ejercicios fue resuelto y el otro no. El equipo docente de la asignatura de Expresión Gráfica en la Ingeniería decidió actuar para mejorar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. La forma en que se abordó esta actuación fue buscando una reestructuración de toda la asignatura al completo. La mentalidad fue hacer un planteamiento disruptivo del diseño de la asignatura. Como objetivo final se piensa en que el alumnado aumente el interés por la asignatura. De este modo, se espera que repercuta en mantener la asistencia a las clases y, como efecto final, mejorar la tasa de éxito.

  The present work is done for the subject of Graphic Expression in Engineering, common to the industrial grades of the Engineering School ofBilbao. The result of a test proved that students are not able to apply theconcepts to different situations. Using the usual type of exercises fromprevious calls, two exercises were proposed with the same geometry witheach other. The result was that one of the exercises was solved and the otherdid not. The teaching team of the subject of Graphic Expression in Engineering decided to act to improve the teaching-learning process. Theway in which this action was approached was looking for a restructuring ofthe entire subject. The mentality was to make a disruptive approach to thedesign of the subject. As a final objective, students are expected to increasetheir interest in the subject. In this way, this will have an impact on maintaining attendance to classes and, as a final effect, we hope to improvethe success rate.
