Este trabajo tiene por objeto distinguir la figura contractual de la aparcería de los contratos asociativos, así como determinar el régimen de aquélla conforme a la Ley de Arrendamientos Rústicos de 2003, modificada por Ley 26/2005, de 30 de noviembre.

The purpose of this paper is to distinguish the contractual form of sharecropping from associative contracts, as well as to determine the regime of the former in accordance with the Rural Leases Law of 2003, amended by Law 26/2005, of November 30.
