Resumen de Greening-Turisme: una plataforma d’intercanvi de coneixement orientada a la difusió del turisme sostenible a través de les TIC

  En aquest article s’explica l’experiència d’un fòrum de coneixement que s’ha dut a terme des de la Diplomatura de Turisme, amb l’objectiu que funcioni com una xarxa virtual que ajudi a la generació de propostes i a la seva reflexió, aprofitant el format dels fòrums virtuals, però volent ser, a la vegada, un arxiu d’idees i propostes de millora i de bones pràctiques en la gestió sostenible en el turisme.

  Com a conclusions d’aquesta experiència, els autors aposten per obrir el fòrum més enllà de l’entorn universitari: per l’actualitat del greening en el turisme, per ampliar la xarxa i per reforçar l’estratègia de reflexió i conscienciació en el sector. Per això, també conclouen que cal anar recollint en formats més operatius la informació d’ús pràctic que es va incorporant al fòrum. Finalment, consideren que cal veure el fòrum com un element potencial de la cadena de recerca, docència i difusió social del coneixement.

  This article explains the experience of a knowledge forum carried out from the Tourism diploma course, with the aim of its functioning as a virtual network that helps generate proposals and reflection on this, making full use of the virtual forum format, yet, at the same time, aiming to be an archive of ideas and proposals for improvements and good practices in sustainable management within tourism.

  As a conclusion to this experience, the authors are committed to opening the forum beyond the university environment: to update greening in tourism, expand the network, and strengthen the reflection and awareness strategy within the industry. For this reason, they also conclude that information of practical use should be collected in more operational formats to be incorporated into the forum. Finally, they feel that the forum should be seen as a potential element in the chain of research, teaching, and social dissemination of knowledge.
