    Este artículo, que analiza algunos aspectos de la política educativa española entre los años 1970 y 1985, intenta revisar el proceso de constitución política del sistema educativo de nuestra democracia. En él, y para facilitar una perspectiva general, se insiste en señalar los esfuerzos por establecer una nueva orientación política del mismo, por definir un "pacto escolar", y por buscar un modelo para el desarrollo de los derechos y libertades fundamentales en materia educativa.

    This article presents the process of political constitution of the Spanish educational system in the democratic period by analysing aspects of Spanish policy from 1970 to 1985. The efforts in order to give a new orientation in politics and define an educational agreement, on one hand, and the search of a new model to get the development of fundamental rights and liberties of education, on another, constitutes other topics of study and analysis.
