Resumen
The paper focuses on the multidisciplinary system carried out in the study and enhancement of painted frescoes found in Lodi Vecchio (LO), the Roman Laus Pompeia, a cisalpine city whose historical relevance is documented by archaeological evidence and collective memory.In particular, it was analyzed the decorative apparatus of a domus dating back to 1st-2nd century AD that was brought to light between 2009 and 2013 in Via San Rocco. Several fresco fragments of good technical quality were found in secondary context inside the robber trenches of the building; it is a nding of exceptional interest for Laus Pompeia, since it is one of the largest group of frescoes that the archaeological excavations have brought to light. A selected group of ndings has been subjected to archaeometric analysis in order to highlight the characteristics of pigments and mortars.
