Resumen de A função orientadora da universidade e fatores intervenientes no rendimento acadêmico no ensino superior do Amazonas (Brasil)

  This text deals with the expansion of higher education and the need to expand measures appropriate to the new paradigms, given their implications for the admission and retention of students who did not have access to this level of education. The guiding function of the university and its actions to address specific issues were evaluated, in the promotion of inclusion mechanisms in view of the unfavorable conditions of students in the social and economic sphere. To achieve the proposed objective, we used empirical data from research carried out at the laboratory of psychopedagogical, educational, historical, cultural and social assessment of the amazon - LAPESAM, in reports from the institutional program of scientific initiation scholarships - PIBIC and a master's dissertation (GALDINO, 2013) and in authors who support the theme. It was possible to understand in summary that the guiding function of the university in its general aspects is institutionalized, these actions are received by students from professors, course coordinators, and department heads. The information that can be inferred from the provision of these actions is important, as it shows the intervening factors that give rise to them and assume a relevant role in academic life.

  Este texto versa sobre a expansão do ensino superior e a necessidade de se ampliar medidas adequadas aos novos paradigmas face sua implicação quanto ao ingresso e permanência de estudantes que não tinham acesso a esse nível de ensino, avaliou-se a função orientadora da Universidade e suas ações para atender questões específicas, na promoção de mecanismos de inclusão diante as condições desfavoráveis dos estudantes no âmbito social e econômico. Para execução do objetivo proposto utilizamo-nos dos dados empíricos de pesquisas realizada no Laboratório de Avaliação Psicopedagógica, Educacional, Histórico Cultural e Social de Amazônia - LAPESAM, em relatórios do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação Científica - PIBIC e dissertação de mestrado (GALDINO, 2013) e em autores que embasam a temática.  Foi possível compreender em síntese que a função Orientadora da Universidade em seus aspectos gerais está institucionalizada, estas ações são recebidas pelos estudantes por parte dos docentes, dos coordenadores de curso, chefes de departamentos. As informações que se depreendem da oferta destas ações são importantes, pois mostram os fatores intervenientes que as originam e assumem papel relevante na vida acadêmica.
