    Resumen: En los últimos años, la creciente visibilización de la discapacidad ha venido acompañada del reconocimiento de un elenco de derechos a las personas con diversidad funcional, también en el ámbito del acceso a la justicia. Las Guías del Club Español e Iberoamericano del Arbitraje-CINDA y de la CCI constituyen dos pasos en la dirección correcta de afrontar esta plural y compleja problemática en el ámbito del arbitraje.

    Abstract: In recent years, the increasing visibility of disability has been accompanied by the recognition of a set of rights for people with functional diversity, also in the field of access to justice. The Guides of the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club -CINDA and the ICC are two steps in the right direction to tackle this plural and complex issue in the field of arbitration.
