This paper examines keyEuropean and international regulatory frameworks to explore the ethical implicationsof content creation, alongside an analysis of Meta and TikTok’s policies regardingAI-generated content. Nevertheless, the findings underscore the necessity forheightened ethical awareness among all stakeholders, thereby promoting a moreaccountable, sustainable environment for the continued responsible evolution ofGenerative AI.
