  Nacer, no es solo un hecho natural que viene repitiéndose millones de veces en cada rincón del planeta y desde que el mundo es mundo. Nacer o venir al mundo, también es un acontecimiento que, aun siendo natural por su innegable carácter biológico, en realidad posee un marcado carácter multidisciplinar porque guarda relación, directa o indirectamente, con casi todas las ramas del saber. Sin embargo, nacer también es el punto de partida del interesante entramado filosófico que muestra la denominada “Filosofía del nacimiento”, así como de un engranaje jurídico que, a partir de un hecho tan natural como es el parto, desplegará sus efectos para diferenciar por siempre como sujetos de Derecho independientes, tanto a la madre que da a luz como al bebé que nace de ella. Sin duda, el tratamiento filosófico y jurídico del nacimiento, es la esencia de este trabajo…
