    The theme of the article is related to nanotechnologies and their potentialrisks in relation to human beings and the environment. From some documents prepared by the OECD, principles are drawn up that guide the formation of regulatory models to be tested in real laboratories, called Regulatory Living Labs. Through documentary and bibliographic research, the article investigates the structuring elements of a Regulatory Living Labthat is able to be tested in environments that research, produce, sell and consumeproducts based on nanoforms. The absence of specific nano regulation can be seen. For this reason, the need to develop regulatory models that have the creativity to connect different sources of Law, that promote the internal innovation of Law (the sourcesof Law) and also the external innovation of Law (its relationshipwith other areas of knowledge), bringing the legal area closer to the other areas of human knowledge that deal with nanoparticles.

    O tema do artigo se relaciona às nanotecnologias e suas potencialidades e riscos em relação ao ser humano e ao meio ambiente. A partir de alguns documentos elaborados pela OECD se desenham princípios que orientam a formação de modelos regulatórios a serem testados em laboratórios reais, chamados de Living Lab regulatórios. Pormeio da pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, o artigo investiga os elementos estruturantes de um Living Lab regulatórioque tenha condições de ser testado em ambientes que pesquisem, produzam, comercializam e consumem produtos à base de nanoformas. Se vislumbra a ausência de regulação nano específica. Por isso, a necessidade de se desenvolver modelos de regulação que tenham a criatividade de conectar diversas fontes do Direito, promovendo a inovação “no”e “do”Direito, aproximando a área jurídica das demais áreas do conhecimento humano que lidam com as nanopartículas.
