    Localización e estudo de expedientes de espontaneadas correspondentes ao actual concello de Malpica de Bergantiños durante a primeira metade do século XIX conservados no Arquivo Notarial da Coruña. Con estes novos datos amplíase o coñecemento sobre esta situación específica de Galicia que afectaba a mulleres que quedaran embarazadas fóra do matrimonio, polo que debían presentarse ante un xuíz ou alcalde para espontanearse, é dicir, declarar o seu embarazo a cambio de recibir un salvoconduto polo que ningunha autoridade podía molestalas por aquela falta. A través dos diferentes apartados nos que se organiza este estudo, esta documentación ofrece múltiples datos sobre aspectos sociolóxicos e xurídicos da especificidade da Galicia do Antigo Réxime que perduraron ata as reformas liberais.

    Location and study of espontanedas records corresponding to the current town hall of Malpica de Bergantiños during the first half of the 19th century preserved in the Notarial Archive of Coruña. With this new data, knowledge is expanded about this specific situation in Galicia that affected women who had become pregnant outside of marriage, for which they had to appear before a judge or mayor to espontanearse, that is, declare their pregnancy in exchange for receiving a safe conduct so that no authority would bother them for that offense. Through the different sections in which this study is organized, this documentation offers multiple data on sociological and legal aspects of the specificity of Galicia during the Old Regime that lasted until the liberal reforms.
