    El pronunciamiento confirma la naturaleza profesional (accidente de trabajo) de la dolencia sufrida por el trabajador. El aspecto central a dilucidar gira sobre la causalidad exclusiva con el trabajo que la sentencia sitúa en la existencia de riesgos psicosociales generados por la propia naturaleza de la actividad y el contenido gráfico del trabajo, pero también por el ritmo de trabajo, las exigencias cuantitativas (carga de trabajo) y las cualitativas, tales como esconder emociones y conflicto de rol. A la vista de estos hechos, no duda el juzgador en apreciar que el estresor laboral «es el desencadenante único, exclusivo e indubitado» de la enfermedad.

    The ruling confirms the occupational nature (accident at work) of the ailment suffered by the worker. The central aspect to be elucidated revolves around the exclusive causality with the work, which the judgement places in the existence of psychosocial risks generated by the very nature of the activity and the graphic content of the work, but also by the pace of work, the quantitative demands (workload) and the qualitative ones, such as hiding emotions and role conflict. In view of these facts, the judge had no hesitation in finding that the work stressor "is the sole, exclusive and unquestionable trigger" of the illness.
