    A través del reconocimiento administrativo de una fiesta como de interés turístico se proporciona una foto-fija de ésta y se dota a la Administración de una serie de potestades para autorizar cambios o modificaciones en su desarrollo. Sin embargo, el trazado de estas potestades no está bien delineado jurídicamente y su ejercicio no se juzga tarea fácil. A su vez, la relación entre este grupo normativo y el cultural tampoco resulta nítida, produciéndose inferencias notables entre uno y otro.

    Through the administrative recognition of a festival as of tourist interest, a snapshot of it is provided and the Administration is endowed with a series of powers to authorize changes or modifications in its development. However, the outline of these powers is not well delineated by law and their exercise is not considered an easy task. At the same time, the relationship between this normative group and the cultural group is not cleareither, producing notable inferences between one and the other.
