    La definición del territorio sudoccidental de los iberos ha sido un frecuente tema de debate desde que los turdetanos se consideraron un grupo cultural diferenciado de estos. En este artículo se contrastarán algunos de sus frentes de análisis: lingüístico, histórico documental y arqueológico, en el marco de la estratigrafía del territorio. Paralelamente se valorará la diferencia entre límite cultural y frontera siguiendo el proceso político definido por los oppida entre los iberos del sur.

    The definition of the southwestern territory of the Iberians has been a topic of discussion since the Turdetans considered themselves a cultural group differentiated from them. In this paper, some of their analysis fronts will be contrasted: linguistic, historical and archaeological, taking as reference the stratigraphy of the territory. At the same time, the difference between the cultural limit and the border will be valued following the political process defined by the oppida among the southern Iberians.
