  Intentaremos explicar ¿por qué esto es así?, por qué el acosador se hace con una cohorte de colaboradores frente a la víctima; ¿por qué la gente, los compañeros de trabajo, los investigadores, en un acto de negación de sí mismos, empiezan a actuar desde el acosador y dejan de actuar desde sí mismos, desde lo que realmente harían si pudieran, si se atrevieran.
