  Desde la dictadura, la administración educativa chilena se guía por la lógica neoliberal de la nueva gestión pública, gestionada por instrumentos como el sistema de evaluación docente. Este trabajo recoge 11 entrevistas a docentes sobre su experiencia en procesos de evaluación de altas consecuencias de su desempeño. Los resultados muestran tensiones entre la visión y los objetivos de la política de evaluación docente y la perspectiva desde la experiencia de los propios docentes, principalmente en torno a los objetivos y alcances del proceso evaluativo, así como también los modos de llevarlo a cabo. A su vez, se advierten prácticas de resistencia a la lógica competitiva e individualista que opera en el actual sistema de evaluación en pos de prácticas colaborativas y contingentes a lo local.

  Since the dictatorship, Chilean educational administration has been guided by the neoliberal logic of the new public management, managed by instruments such as the teacher evaluation system. This paper gathers 11 interviews with teachers about their experience in high stake testing processes of their performance. The results show tensions between the vision and objectives of the teacher evaluation policy and the perspective from the experience of the teachers themselves, mainly regarding the objectives and scope of the evaluation process, as well as the ways of carrying it out. At the same time, practices of resistance to the competitive and individualistic Logic that operates in the current evaluation system are highlighted, towards collaborative and locally contextualized practices.
