  El Cuadrado SATOR es una estructura, especie de cuadrado mágico que se compone de cinco mistéricas palabras latinas consideradas en su conjunto y leídas de izquierda a derecha; y/o de arriba abajo, conforman a un multipalíndromo. Es una inscripción latina que fue conocida en todo el Imperio Romano y está sumergido en el misterio que encierra el multipalíndromo que data del primer siglo de nuestra era. Las noticias más antiguas sobre este juego de letras están atestiguadas en la ciudad de Pompeya.
