Mena Valley is situated in the northeast corner of the province of Burgos. there are indicators, although not conclusive, about the presence of groups of hunter-gatherers along the Upper Paleolithic. Scattered and partial evidence would indicate an empty areain front of the relative abundance of anthropic evidences in nearby areas, characterizing the archaeological sites documented in these areas, trying to recognize potential archaeological indicators within the landscape unit of the Mena valley. Through geographic information systems (GIS), a non-linear predictive model and relative uncertainty, based on the multicomponent analysis and focused on a fuzzy logic approach is built. Based on the results obtained, a selection of locations with certain degrees of probability is established, proposing a survey and reinforced by carrying out a series of archaeological surveys
