    Este breve ensayo se vincula al trabajo principal de Lothar Michael. Repasa la naturaleza del tema relativo al interés público y se centra en la influencia especial que Horst Ehmke tuvo sobre el autor. A continuación reflexiona sobre la influencia pedagógica de Peter Häberle. Finalmente se plantea si el interés público, antes que un problema es una solución.

    This short essay is linked to the previous work of Lothar Michael. It reviews the nature of the topic related to the public interest and focuses on the special influence that Horst Ehmke had on the author. Then the author goes through the pedagogical influence of Peter Häberle. Finally it proposed as an hypothesis the idea of public interests being a solution more than a problem.
