  With the need for effective integration of Merco- sur mechanisms for granting credit may be con- sidered facilitators of this process, for create di- mension to the market and spread the economic expansion. The objective is to analyze the granting of credit as a facilitating, integrative and competi- tive means in Mercosur. In addition to define tra- de rules plausible the transfer of capital, invest- ments and policies for business development. In this context technological development is the key feature in the integration process, by way of com- munication and definition of variables exchange for the transfer of capital investments. The oppor- tunity is given mainly by adding value to the me- chanisms of consumption and generates facili- tation for the purchase of products and services.

  Com a necessidade efetiva de integração do Mercosul os mecanismos de concessão de cré- dito podem ser considerados facilitadores deste processo, uma vez que dimensionam o mercado e propagam a expansão econômica. O objetivo é analisar a concessão de crédito como meio fa- cilitador, integrador e competitivo no Mercosul.

  Além de definir regras comerciais plausíveis a transferência de capital, investimentos e políticas de desenvolvimento comercial. Neste contexto o desenvolvimento tecnológico é característica fun- damental no processo de integração, pela forma de comunicação e definição de variáveis cambiais para a transferência de capital de investimentos. A oportunidade é dada principalmente por agregar valor aos mecanismos de consumo e gerar facili- tação durante a aquisição de produtos e serviços.
